Rep. Bowman is a champion of progressive values in New York, from affordable housing to education and healthcare. He will make our district, city, and state more equitable places where all communities can thrive. That is why a diverse group of Jews in the NY 16 area and around the country are coming together under the banner of: Jews for Jamaal. We support Rep. Bowman for a variety of reasons — for some of us it’s his leadership on parole justice in New York, his experience as a school principal, or his platform to combat antisemitism and Islamophobia. For others it’s that he has been a leading voice for a lasting ceasefire, hostage exchange, and humanitarian aid for Gaza.

Because he is a Black progressive committed to fighting for working class families, he is facing an onslaught of money and attacks from Republican megadonors and corporate interests. Jews for Jamaal is mobilizing throughout the primary season to engage voters through phonebanking, canvassing, and community events, ensuring our voices are heard. Together, let's support Jamaal Bowman, a representative committed to building a future rooted in justice and equality for all.

PHONE BANK OVERVIEW: Never phone banked before? No problem. Our phone banks are designed to support everyone -- regardless of experience & comfort level -- to have a powerful and positive phone banking experience!

WHO WILL BE THERE: You’ll be phone-banking alongside other Jews (although anyone is welcome!) who want to see Rep. Bowman re-elected to congress! Some of us live in NY-16, others are around the state or around the country. We’ll have campaign staff there to help us, as well as leaders from Jewish organizations.

TRAINING : Come as you are! We'll provide new phone bankers with a training on how to have effective conversations and how to use our dialer tool, as well as the basics of this NY-16 race. Experienced Phone Bankers can start early.
