Solidarity Encampment Support Workshop Series - Workshop #1: Psychological First Aid

HEART in partnership with Maruna Healing is offering a workshop series to support Palestinian solidarity campus encampments with psychological first aid, creating compassion containers for disclosures of harm, and building cultures of accountability.

This workshop will provide those on the frontlines tools to adapt, cope, and problem-solve when faced with high levels of stress. PFA can aid in establishing a sense of security, reducing extreme acute-stress related reactions, and connect individuals to resources that are restorative.
