IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR WALKERS: We ask that people be as self-sufficient as possible. We are able to provide indoor space for sleeping, including some home stays, for most nights and for most participants, but there will be some nights when we will be camping out.
All walkers please bring:
comfortable walking shoes
rain gear if the weather warrants
snacks for the road
water bottles (we will have a large water container in the van for refilling)
If you will be staying with the walk overnight, please bring:
Sleeping bag and mat
Tent if you have one
Reusable plate, bowl, and utensils
Change of clothing as needed
You will not have to carry these with you while you walk--we will transport belongings in the support vehicles--but please make sure your items are clearly identifiable as yours.
P.S. T-shirts for those who want them will be available during the walk for $20 each. Sizes are S, M, L, and XL.
