We're calling for folks to come out in support of 9 Danbury City Council members who are being attacked for signing a public letter asking Congress to call for an immediate and permanent ceasefire.

WHY: The advocacy for ceasefire is rapidly gaining support, and we need to continue it all over Connecticut. 

• Last week, there was an attempt to repeal the Bridgeport ceasefire resolution (passed on January 2). Because of strong community solidarity, the council voted to preserve the resolution. 

• 18 members of the Connecticut General Assembly have signed onto a letter calling for an immediate and permanent ceasefire. More can be expected.
