CeaseFire Now Grassroots Advocacy Days will be held both online and in-person in Washington, DC, April 9 -19.
On Wednesday and Thursday, April 3 and 4, at 6:15 and 8:00 pm eastern time, respectively, there will be training sessions on the situation in Gaza, the West Bank and the broader region, and "how to" advice on conducting congressional lobby visits. You only need to sign up for one, it is not a two- day training. For Massachusetts participants: Grassroots Lobby Days in DC, with the option of virtual participation, is shaping up for April 16-18, with 40 organizations participating. MA residents please sign up here for advocacy days (but the above registration link for training): Ceasefire Now: Grassroots Advocacy Days Spring 2024 – Massachusetts Peace Action (masspeaceaction.org) For those going to DC we will organize transportation and lodging, and fundraise to offset costs where needed.
