Local residents will share their experiences advocating for Palestine and for an end to the genocide in Gaza. As Palestinians and allies, they’ll discuss the challenges of fighting for change through different means, including politically from the inside, politically from the outside, and through connecting Palestinian liberation with broader struggles including for racial and climate justice.

The event takes place three days before early voting begins for Maryland’s primary, for which panelists and other leaders support an “Uncommitted” vote in the Democratic presidential race – come and learn why.

Andy Shallal, founder and CEO of Busboys and Poets, will open the program.
