Come hang out with us at the Blue Ridge Kite Festival on 4/20! 🪁

Kite flying is a popular recreational activity in Palestine and has also been used as a form of resistance in their freedom fight. We are looking forward to enjoying the day spending time with the community and showing our solidarity with Palestine.

Here’s the deal:
1. SWVA Coalition for Palestine is NOT involved in organizing this festival in any way. We will be showing up as regular attendees to enjoy a day of kite flying and community.
2. We will have Palestine-themed kites available for you to fly. Feel free to also bring your own!
3. Wear your keffiyehs, t-shirts, or any other apparel that represents and celebrates Palestine.
4. This is not a protest or disruptive activity, just a fun way to show our support for Palestine and get to know each other.
