Harvard PSC presents: Recipes for Resistance: Palestinian Food Sovereignty as a tool for liberation with Reem Assil, award-winning Palestinian-Syrian Chef, organizer, and community builder

Join PSC Saturday 4/20 at 12pm in Lowell Underground (Basement of Lowell House) to learn how to bake traditional Palestinian Zaatar Manakeesh (flatbread) and discuss the role of cuisine as cultural resistance with award-winning Chef Reem Assil. Chef Reem is a Palestinian-Syrian speaker and chef, who is dedicated to advancing justice through her work in the hospitality industry.
