It's exactly this kind of principled leadership that has drawn opposition from AIPAC, the far-right, pro-Israel, dark-money organization which has pledged to pump $100 million into the 2024 election overall. AIPAC is using some of this money to enable primary fights to defeat progressives like Lee, Jamaal Bowman, Ilhan Omar, and Cori Bush, who have organized for a ceasefire. (2)
