Since Israel waged its genocidal campaign against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, its aggression has also affected Palestinian communities in the West Bank and within the Green Line. Beginning October 7th, Israeli forces have arrested thousands, while settler aggression, supported by the Israeli military, continues unabated. Within the Green Line, Palestinian citizens of Israel and residents of Jerusalem have faced systematic harassment and persecution for their support of Gaza or for embracing their Palestinian identity.

Join us for a conversation with organizer and movement advocate Soheir Asaad to explore the dynamics of Israel’s total war against Palestinians between the river and the sea, as well as the possibilities for resistance and resilience among Palestinian communities in the face of these threats. Ms. Asaad will shed light on the current state of structures of resistance within various Palestinian communities, their capacity for unity, and the attempts to contain, fragment, and undermine their existence and resilience. Additionally, she will discuss the potential long-term impacts of the ongoing genocide in Gaza on the Palestinian people as a whole. Soheir Asaad bio.pdf(Review) - Adobe cloud storage
