Dr. Basem Naim is a member of the Political Bureau of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in Gaza and responsible for its Political Department and International Relations. He is also the President of the Council for International Relations – Palestine and the former Palestinian Minister of Health and of Youth and Sports.
