Unveiling a Canvas of Resilience: Palestinian Artists Consortium Launch Event

From the heart of Palestine, we extend our invitation to witness the unveiling of the Palestinian Artists Consortium website - a testament to the inexhaustible spirit of our artists who persist amid the somber reality of the Israeli war on Gaza, an ongoing genocide, that has taken the lives of more than 28,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children.

The journey to this launch has been marked by challenges. A launch originally scheduled for mid-November 2023, was not feasible. The consortium faced delays due to the harsh realities of daily life in Palestine. Yet amidst the mourning, and daily Israeli military raids on Bethlehem and other cities in the West Bank, our commitment has only deepened.

The artists of this consortium are weaving a tapestry of creativity that transcends historical Palestine, the West Bank, and Gaza. In the face of profound loss, our mission extends beyond borders, and seeks to empower Palestinian artists by sharing their artwork together in one virtual venue to reach a wider community. The Consortium Website, the only of its kind in Palestine, seeks to create a free virtual platform for Palestinian artists and to collaborate with them to market their artwork. In believing that the messages of art have no borders, Palestinian art and artists will be able to convey contemporary Palestinian stories to the whole world.
