Please Show Up to Zionist Scott Hayes Court Appearance, Newton

PLEASE JOIN US (MA CD4 Activists & Allies) this Thursday at the Newton District Court at 1309 Washington Street, Newton. The hearing is scheduled for 9 am. As you may know, Scott Hayes, the person who shot Caleb Gannon in Newton in September, will be in court again this Thursday, November 7th. Hayes remains barred from possessing weapons or having any contact with Caleb. At his hearing and outside the courthouse, we will have a silent presence with our messaging of: ensuring Scott Hayes is prosecuted to the full extent of the law and we will not be threatened or silenced to voice our opposition to the ongoing genocide.

  1. Newton District Court: 1309 Washington Street Newton

  2. Thursday starting at 9 am

  3. SILENT PRESENCE inside and outside the Newton District Court. 

  4. There WILL be agitators present. WE WILL NOT ENGAGE IN ANY WAY.

  5. WEAR ALL BLACK

  6. Support our messaging: **WE WILL NOT BE THREATENED      AND    **NO GUNS IN NEWTON  NO BOMBS IN PALESTINE   ***Ensure Scott Hayes is prosecuted to the full extent of the law (There will be stickers and some placards. If you make your own, please stick to this messaging. No placards will be allowed inside the court.)

  3. Public parking at meters along Washington Street and in a lot to the left of the court. Public Transportation:The Newton District Court is accessible by the Framingham/Worcester line of the MBTA. The closest stop to the courthouse is the West Newton Station. The courthouse can also be accessed by the following MBTA bus routes: Bus 170, Bus 505, Bus 553, Bus 554, Bus 556, Bus 558. The courthouse can also be reached by the Green D Line and getting off at Woodland Station which is approximately a mile away from the courthouse
