Open Community Meeting this upcoming Monday, November 18th from 7-8:45pm! (DM for location - Instagram / @arlingtonforpalestine or @jvpboston)
We invite you to join our upcoming Open Meeting, designed to create an environment that welcomes new members and fosters connections within our A4P community.
We are excited to have a guest speaker, Urmitapa Dutta. She is an Associate Professor of Psychology and the Chair of the Greeley Peace Scholar Program at UMass Lowell. A feminist scholar activist, she strives to name and dismantle everyday violence and oppression. She works alongside and in solidarity with grassroots groups in India, South Africa, Palestine, Australia, and the US to build transnational communities of resistance.
She will be a guest speaker and during our open meeting, she will center the meeting on connecting, organizing/mobilizing, and being in community as we stand up against rising waves of oppression, violence, and injustice.
Please aim to arrive between 6:45-7pm, as we wish to maximize our time spent in each other’s company.
We look forward to seeing you there! 🇵🇸
