Our interactive Zoom event will feature artist Ahmed Hmeedat, founder of the Palestinian Artists Consortium. Ahmed's art has been featured widely and celebrated internationally. In our festival, we will see more of his art, learn about his process, celebrate the creativity of the Palestinian people, and hear a reading from Zeina Azzam, poet laureate for the city of Alexandria, Va.
