10/29 (in person, Dover & Durham NH) 12-6:30pm - Support Needed at the Mother's Day 5 Trial - Join a Day of Action: Gathering (12pm), Trial (1pm), Dinner (5pm) & Speakout (6pm)

Tuesday, October 29: 12pm - 6:30pm (join for any part of the days actions)

Join the Mother's Day 5 at their trial at the Dover District Court, 25 St Thomas Street, Dover, NH for their act of nonviolent civil disobedience in May. Timing is dependent upon the variability of the courts, but the plan is: 12:00pm gathering outside Dover District Court; 1:00pm Trial, press conference to follow; 5:00pm dinner at the Community Church of Durham; 6:00pm Speakout at the Community Church of Durham.

It's been over a year since the violence escalated in Gaza and thousands of people have died while the United States Congress votes to send more weapons to Israel. Peace activists across NH have been holding vigils, meeting with Congressional staff members, and advocating for peace. In May activists sat down in Rep Pappas' office to call on him to act to stop the violence. The call for peace continues October 29.
