On Monday, October 28th from 5:30 -7:30pm, JVP-RI and allies will be holding a rally to Unite Against Genocide outside of the Roger Williams Park Casino (1000 Elmwood Ave, Providence, RI)

Meanwhile, Rhode Island Congresspeople @senwhitehouse @reedforri @rep.sethmagaziner @repgabeamo, and @pvdmayor Brett Smiley, will be inside holding a “Democratic Unity” rally.

We know that these politicians do not care about unity with all of us, the people of Rhode Island who stand with Palestine and have demanded that they use their power to end genocide. If our congressional members wanted to demonstrate “unity” with their constituents, they would do so by supporting the Joint Resolutions of Disapproval (JRD) introduced by Senators Bernie Sanders, Jeff Merkley and Peter Welch to block weapons sales to Israel. Join us to make some noise, and show our leaders that there is no unity without an immediate arms embargo and an end to the siege of Gaza!
