Join us at the Brookline Arts Center to welcome artist Inas Halabi in celebration of her exhibition To a Returning Cloud on October 27th, 2024 from 6-8p.
The public reception will include a conversation with Halabi and Gabrielle Domb, exhibition curator and Brookline Arts Center director, followed by refreshments and time to view the works on display and connect with community members. This event is free and open to all.

To a Returning Cloud explores the relationship between landscape, systems of power and colonialism’s ongoing effect on the natural and urban environments. Combining film and sound, the works on display examine territories and events haunted by the impacts of colonialism and racism, and their imprint on land, human and other-than-human forms of life.
