This year's invited keynote speaker is Hala Rharrit, who resigned after an 18-year diplimotic career from the State Department in April 2024 in opposition to the Biden Administration Gaza policy. This made Hala the first (and thus far only) career American diplomat to publicly resign in protest. Her unique perspective will help us understand the United States' Middle East policy and how we can work together for a better outcome.
