Join us for the third episode of our new free webinar series Palestine 101, where you will hear directly from Palestinian artists, activists, and educators about their lived experiences and learn about Palestine's rich culture. Together we will explore solidarity actions for a Free Palestine! We invite you to come along to listen, learn and amplify.

GUESTS: Nabil Barham, is the Research and Knowledge Programs Manager at the Palestinian Museum since 2019. He is a researcher, poet and writer, with research interests in conflict poetry, literature, and colonial and post-colonial cultural studies. He is Passionate about food sovereignty and indigenous methods of farming as a form of resistance.

In this event, Nabil will provide a presenation on 'Gaza Remains the Story', an exhibition curated by Nabil which sets out to showcase the reality of the Palestinian experience with a focus on the places and people of Gaza.

In this captivating presentation, Nabil will offer a unique look into Gaza's rich history, vibrant cultural practices, and the enduring spirit of its people. Through powerful imagery and personal stories, we will witness the resilience of Gaza’s communities, shedding light on their aspirations, artistic expression, and the city’s colonial backdrop.

HOST: Farrah Koutteineh is a journalist and writer focused on intersectional activism including the Decolonise Palestine movement, indigenous people's rights, anti-establishment movement, women's rights and climate justice. Koutteineh is also the founder of KEY48 - a voluntary collective calling for the immediate right of return of over 7.4 million Palestinian refugees.
