Written Revolution, Pal@MIT, and G4P invite you all to “Poetry of the Camps”! This is a poetry workshop series offered through She Is Night, a creative arts collective curated for girls/women of color (and our allies) to reimagine a world beyond colorism by centering female protagonists. This poetry workshop is designed primarily for students on U.S. college campuses and students in the Palestinian and Rohingya refugee contexts. To stay true to our mission, we will center the voices of poets who are women of color. We will learn about colorism from the lenses of public health, colonialism/settler-colonialism, and the arts and write poetry together in community.✨✨✨
