Curious About Gaza?

The Palestine Peace Perspective through Historical and Personal Narrative By Kitsap Advocating for Immigrant Rights & Equality

After registering here and before the event date, you will receive an email with more information about how to join us online.

We will share the Palestinian Peace Perspective, in light of the crisis that has continued since the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, 2023. Discussion will provide insight into the 75 year conflict and how we arrived where we are today. Panelists will include a Muslim Palestinian, a Christian Palestinian, a secular Jew, and an observant Jew. There will be opportunity for questions after the panel presentation.

We will deepen our understanding and awareness of the situation in occupied Gaza in order to combat misinformation and censorship regarding what is happening to the Palestinian people and the roots of the conflict.

Panelists will be: Huda Giddens, Palestinian Christian, active with Mideast Focus Ministry of Saint Mark's Cathedral and KAIROS Puget Sound Coalition / Amin Odeh, Muslim, co-founder Voices for Palestine / Sallie Shawl, Secular Jew, Jewish Voice for Peace / Alyssa Urish, Jewish Voice for Peace
