Please join the Fares Center for a talk and Q&A on Mass starvation as a war strategy: Observations from Gaza and elsewhere with Professor Alex de Waal, Executive Director of the World Peace Foundation. Tom Dannenbaum, Associate Professor of International Law at The Fletcher School, will be the discussant.

Professors de Waal and Dannenbaum will provide an overview of the use of mass starvation as a war strategy. The talk will include observations from Gaza, Ethiopia, The Sudan, Yemen and Syria.
