Friends from Concord Friends Meeting will gather weekly for a Solemn Vigil (similar to the Dover vigils) for a permanent ceasefire between Israel and Palestinians in Gaza. Thursday, May 9, noon-1pm: Corner of N Main & Center St., Concord. Please note the Concord vigils will be held in the new location for the foreseeable future. This is not an anti-Israel event (anti-Israel signs should not be displayed). This will be silent with banners and signs asking for a ceasefire.
