The meeting will be held ‘in-person’ (not via Zoom) at Bemis Hall, Lincoln Mass.
Although a hybrid meeting (in-person and Zoom) was discussed, the level of interest for including Zoom access and technical difficulties decided against it.

As usual, the meeting will require volunteers:

- A person to request and then compile items for the Agenda;
- A Moderator
- A person to take Minutes
- Any other on-site help - contact Barbara Low

As usual a representative of each Affiliate should send a report of recent activity (since the February meeting) to Ian Stokes (Tech Support)

Hot News Update:

The hosts are happy to report that they’ve invited Phil Weiss to be a speaker at the June 10 NENJP meeting and that he’s accepted. There is also the possibility that one of Mondoweiss’s reporters will be in attendance and/or present, as well.

Steve proposes proposed meeting structure the day as they did once before:

• Pre - meeting, informal coffee “hour” 9:30 - 10:00 a.m.

• We’d have an NENJP “business meeting” between 10 and noon.

• We’d break for lunch at noon. The GRALTA Foundation will cater the lunch.

• We’d have the time between noon and 1:30 or so for eating and informal conversation. I’m hoping that Phil will arrive early enough to be with us for that lunch.

• We’d schedule the Mondoweiss presentation for 1:30. We would open that part of our meeting to the public. I’d promote the Mondoweiss presentation to the GRALTA Foundation mailing list, and we could also promote it to other listservs including Mass Peace Action and JVP-Boston.

Zooming the Mondoweiss presentation might be workable, given that the speaker would be in stationary position. A volunteer will be needed to handle the arrangements.

So, the meeting would end closer to 3 pm than the previously-discussed 2 pm.
