  • 340 Central Avenue Dover, NH, 03820 United States (map)

Wednesday, November 29, 4:00 PM EDT - in person at the entrance to Henry Law Park, intersection of Washington and Main Streets, Dover NH

Join NH Peace Action, and the groups listed below, on Wednesday, November 29, 4-5pm at the entrance to Henry Law Park, intersection of Washington and Main Streets, across the street from Senator Shaheen's office, 340 Central Avenue, Dover NH for a silent vigil for all who are suffering violence, displacement, terror, and grief in Palestine and Israel.

We will implore Senator Shaheen to join the call for a permanent ceasefire, an end to the Israeli bombardment and blockade of Gaza, and an end to US military aid to Israel. This event is not a rally. It is a solemn vigil of lamentation for the thousands of lives lost, and an expression of our steadfast commitment to human rights and peace among all peoples.

This vigil is hosted by AFSC-NH, NH Peace Action, the Community Church of Durham, Dover Friends Meeting, Veterans for Peace-NH and Palestine Education Network. All are welcome. This is an outdoor event. Please dress for the weather. Please bring candles.

Please continue to call your Congressional delegation and demand a permanent ceasefire!
