Cohort Groups for Jewish Progressives - Jews Who Work in the Jewish Community

Jewish progressives are invited to come together to connect with one another, share concerns, and build community at this time of war. We are making space for conversation with the goal of creating monthly havurot (small groups). These groups are for people who identify as Jewish and fit into the particular cohort.

For Jews who work for synagogues, Hillels, Jewish day schools, and other Jewish organizations and agencies. Rabbi Laurie Zimmerman will facilitate a conversation about the challenges of working in an organization when you are not necessarily aligned with the politics of the leadership. Reconstructionists Expanding Our Conversation on Israel-Palestine is an independent project organized and co-sponsored by several Reconstructionist congregations – Congregation Shaarei Shamayim, Havurah Shalom Israel/Palestine Committee, Kadima Reconstructionist Community, Kol Tzedek, Mishkan Shalom, and Or Haneshamah.
