Michael Sfard, and Atty. Emily Schaeffer Omer-Man for a wide-ranging discussion of international humanitarian law and the rules of war as they pertain to the ongoing conflict between the State of Israel and Hamas.

Terms like “proportionality”, “distinction”, “necessity”, and “war crimes” are frequently referenced in public discourse and in the media, but are often not well understood, and sometimes misused. Our November 21 webinar seeks to provide the audience with a stronger grasp of this complex and weighty issue as it relates to what we're seeing on the ground and to the Israel-Palestine question overall.
