Cohort Group for Jewish Progressives (Young Jews)

Reconstructionists Expanding Our Conversation on Israel-Palestine invites Jewish progressives to come together to connect with one another, share concerns, and build community at this time of war. We are making space for conversation with the goal of creating monthly havurot (small groups). These groups are for people who identify as Jewish and fit into the particular cohort. We are happy to create additional groups if there is a demand.  

Young Jews – Monday, November 13, 8:00 p.m. Eastern - For Jews who have finished high school and are under the age of 30. Rabbi Laurie Zimmerman will facilitate a conversation about the challenges of being a progressive Jew at this time. We’ll talk about the challenges of activism, social media, and relationships with family members and friends. Please register

Reconstructionists Expanding Our Conversation on Israel-Palestine is an independent project organized and co-sponsored by several Reconstructionist congregations – Congregation Shaarei Shamayim, Havurah Shalom Israel/Palestine Committee, Kadima Reconstructionist Community, Kol Tzedek, Mishkan Shalom, and Or Haneshamah.
