Mondoweiss is hosting an emergency donor briefing with Palestine-based staff members Yumna Patel and Faris Giacaman. We hope to be able to provide updates from our Gaza correspondent, Tareq Hajjaj.

This is an unprecedented time of violence in Palestine and Israel. Yumna and Faris will answer donors' questions regarding the Hamas attacks on Israel, the brutal Israeli response against Palestinian civilians, and the larger implications for the region, and share stories that have received little to no coverage in Western media. This week was set to be the beginning of the Mondoweiss Fall fundraising campaign, and we have suspended the campaign to focus all our resources on providing coverage and analysis.
