Details: Because it's virtual, the Gaza 5K is more than just a walk/run, in fact, that part is entirely optional. This is a solidarity event, an opportunity for Americans to come together in this critical moment to take action and honor Palestinian resilience and culture while acknowledging the intergenerational trauma and ongoing Nakba facing refugees.

While you're not obligated to walk or run to participate in the Virtual Gaza 5K + Digital Festival, you DO need to register in advance if you want a link to the private June 12th broadcast featuring a great line-up of artists, actors, and advocates, including Mo Amer, Saleh Bakri, Richard Gere, Clarissa Bitar, Anees, Vic Mensa, Cherian Dabis, Alana Hadid, Naseem Alatrash, and Malak Mattar.
