Details:: The demonstration will focus on the $3.8 billion+ annually (plus a possible additional billion for Iron Dome) that is gifted every year by the American taxpayer to support the killing and maiming of Palestinians. This money is better spent at home to support our own needs for low-income housing, health and mental health and drug addiction services; child care, food security, etc. We will meet at Downtown Crossing and then walk to the JFK building to present an open letter of demands to Senators Warren and Markey regarding US financial and political support of Israel and the need for a Senate version of H.R.2590.
