The NENJP meeting will be held at the Manchester, NH UU Church at 669 Union Street, Manchester, NH, 03104, from 10 am to 2 pm.
The meeting will have SJP students from Northeastern, Harvard and from Tufts and Maggie P. from Keene State College. The college students will talk about the obstacles they have encountered as members of "Students for Justice" in Palestine. Area reports should be sent in to Sandra Yarne.
Following the meeting, NENJP members are encouraged to go to downtown Manchester with appropriate pro-Palestinian justice signs. On Feb. 8th, PEN anticipates there will be plenty of national, perhaps, international media in the Doubletree Hotel across the street from Veterans Park where we will assemble.
Three years ago, NENJP joined PEN at the park and later, some of us walked across the street to the hotel (with our signs) and we did attract the attention of a radio reporter from Seattle who interviewed several of us. Who knows, it could happen, again.
Hope to see you at the meeting and, if possible, at the park on February 8th.
