Register online ($15 per person*)

Gideon is a well-known, veteran Israeli columnist for the country’s daily newspaper Haaretz and a member of its editorial board. He is the author of the weekly Twilight Zone feature, which has covered the Israeli occupation in the West Bank and Gaza over the last 25 years.  He is the recipient of numerous international journalism and human rights awards.  During the 2014 Israel–Gaza conflict, the chairman of the Likud/Yisrael Beiteinu faction in the Knesset called for Levy to be put on trial for treason.

Suhail is a Palestinian and head of the Settlements Monitoring Department at the Applied Research Institute – Jerusalem.  This department studies the impact of Israeli activities, such as settlement building, bypass roads, and home demolitions, on various aspects of Palestinian society.  They will discuss current conditions in Israel/Palestine, world response, and the kind of political leadership needed to effect a just and lasting peace in the Holy Land.
