for Boycott, Divest, & SING: Boston BDS Day of Action
Want to help make the day of action a success? We will hold a sign-making and phone-calling party on Wednesday, July 2, from 6-8 PM at 549 Columbus Ave. We need all hands on deck!
July 9 marks the 10 year anniversary of the International Court of Justice’s historic ruling declaring Israel's wall on occupied Palestinian land to be illegal. Join us as we celebrate the victories and confront the challenges still facing the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) campaign. We will march through downtown Boston, stopping at several BDS targets–calling on pension fund TIAA-CREF to divest from occupation profiteers, Veolia to respect human rights, and Macy's to stop selling SodaStream. Meet on the 9th @12 PM
Park Street Station, Boston
Cosponsors include American Friends Service Committee, Grassroots International, Jewish Voice for Peace Boston, United for Justice with Peace, National Lawyers Guild at Suffolk Law, Cambridge Bethlehem People to People Project, American Jews for a Just Peace, Boston Coalition for Palestinian Rights, Boston Feminists for Liberation, and Boston College Students for Justice in Palestine.
