Coffee with Comrades!

Join us at MadHouse Cafe to learn about the rich, beautiful, and long history of Black and Palestinian solidarity. We will discuss historical and contemporary texts from leaders of Black and Palestinian liberation movements, examining the parallels between the oppression suffered by the Black and Palestinian nations and their shared history of resistance against colonialism. From racial profiling to the incarceration of youth to white-only spaces, we will observe how closely white supremacy in the U.S. closely resembles the occupation of Palestine.
