5/23 (in person, Princeton NJ) 5:30 PM - Exhibition Opening: We Keep Us Safe - by the Black Arts Collective & the Popular Univ for Gaza (@ Princeton Univ)

Thursday, May 23, 5:30 PM - Exhibition Opens - in person at Princeton University Lucas Gallery, 185 Nassau St., Princeton, NJ

We Keep Us Safe - by the Black Arts Collective & the Popular University for Gaza

An exhibition which reflects on The Collective’s legacy of Black radical expression on campus over the past 2 years, and a tribute to the history of Palestinian, Black, and International liberation struggle movements. We call attention to the interconnected nature of these liberation movements, and learn from their guiding principles.

In agreement with the longstanding tradition of international solidarity shown both on campus and throughout nations, we, The Collective, would also like to honor the student protestors of the African American Studies Department who took a stand against Princeton University’s continued investment in international genocide.

Join us for the reception on Friday, May 24th in the Lucas Gallery at 185 Nassau St.

The show will feature work from both The Black Arts Collective and artists from the Popular University for Gaza.

The exhibition will be open from May 23-26
