Children of Aida Refugee Camp in the West Bank wrote a bilingual storybook for all ages about everyday life for Palestinians.
Join local activist and scholar Amahl Bishara for a reading and a discussion of Israeli occupation's impact on children, and their resistance through art. Families and children are welcome!
Copies of "The Aida Camp Alphabet" will be on sale for $20, and all proceeds benefit the Lajee Center - مركــز لاجـــىء, where the book was created.
Refreshments will be served.
